Onsite Health & Safety

Social Distancing Image

Social Distancing

Social distancing will be managed in line with the latest government advice during the event. Clear signage, one way systems, staggered entry times, contact free greetings, and social distanced sessions will be implemented when possible. Don't worry, there will be plenty of opportunities to network and chat with other attendees.

Cleaning & Personal Hygiene

We will only work with venues who have enhanced deep cleaning protocols, ensuring consistent and frequent deep cleaning of high-touch surfaces and facilities. Remember to frequently wash hands, use sanitizers provided, not to exchange business cards, and refrain from personal greetings.

Food & Beverage

We will work closely with our venue partners to ensure the highest standards of food safety are upheld. Where possible we will minimize self-service buffets by serving boxed meals and snack food options.

Face Coverings

Face coverings are compulsory and must be worn throughout the event. Only individuals who are medically exempt will not be required to wear a covering.
